THE SELLER SAYS
This was the first home we bought, and we have truly loved living here. What we will miss most is how easy life is in this neighbourhood, with everything just around the corner. At the same time, you can walk, cycle or run straight from home to Erasmuspark, Westerpark or further out into the green surroundings towards Spaarnwoude. The balcony, which gets the sun from the afternoon until early evening, may well be our favourite spot in the apartment. Now that we are expecting our second child, we are ready for a little more space outside the city and are saying goodbye to Amsterdam with mixed feelings. We hope the next owners will enjoy living here just as much as we have.
